ASMAF Undergraduate Scholarship Award 2015

The trustees of Ajesola Solarin Majekodunmi Foundation (ASMAF) are calling interested and qualified undergraduates in Nigeria to send in their applications for the foundation’s scholarship award program for the 2014/2015 school year.

About ASMAF Undergraduate Scholarship

This scholarship program is Ajesola Solarin Majekodunmi Foundation’s own way of assisting brilliant female undergraduates across Nigeria that are finding it hard to meet their financial needs. The ASMAF undergraduate scholarship aims at enabling these students acquire essential leadership and life skills. The foundation said the scholarships have been awarded since the 2010/2011 academic year across the different geo-political zones in Nigeria.

To apply for the ASMAF undergraduate scholarship, you must:

  • Be female, indigent (facing serious financial difficulties), and a citizen of Nigeria.
  • Be enrolled for or about to be admitted to a full-time undergraduate programme in any of these following courses in a Nigerian public university: Medicine, Law, Engineering, Accountancy, Architecture, Actuary or any professional course.
  • Show commitment to academic and professional excellence as well as display strong leadership potential.

Mode of Application

If you feel you meet all the stated requirements, you can get the scholarship application form for free from the following places:

  1. Room 19, Block B,
    Faculty of Education,
    University of Lagos,
    Akoka, Lagos.
  2. ASMAF Secretariat,
    C/o Law Shield,
    47, Tejuosho Road,
    Surulere, Lagos.


You need to move fast if you are contemplating applying for the ASMAF undergraduate scholarship for 2015 because the deadline for collection and submission of forms has been set at May 29. The foundation stated that late applications will NOT be entertained.

Only applicants who are shortlisted would be contacted by the trustees of Ajesola Solarin Majekodunmi Foundation.
