About the scholarship
The Agip Nigeria Undergraduate Scholarships 2016 is a part of Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited (NAOC) Joint Venture’s Corporate Social Responsibility. The awards under the scheme are made in two categories, namely:
• Host Communities Merit Award (for NAOC Host Communities)
• National Merit Award
Eligibility
You must meet the following requirements to be eligible to apply for the Agip Nigeria Undergraduate Scholarships 2016:
• Be a registered, full-time undergraduate in a recognised tertiary institution in Nigeria
• Must be in your first year of study (100 level)
• Must be an indigene of NAOC Host Communities located in Bayelsa, Delta, Imo and Rivers (for the Host Communities Merit Award)
• Must be studying an Engineering, Geology, Geosciences or Agricultural Science course (for the National Merit Award)
Please note that those in their second year of study and above at the time of application are not eligible. Current beneficiaries of other similar awards and dependants of those associated with NAOC/NAE/AENR are also ineligible.

Make sure you submit your applications for the Agip Nigeria Undergraduate Scholarships 2016 before midnight 27 June, 2016 as that is the deadline.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an aptitude test at a designated centre and on a specific date to be communicated later on.
